WageningenX: NUTR101x Nutrition and Health: Macronutrients and Overnutrition The reason why I chose this course was that "You are what you eat". So, I wonder how the food we eat will change our body and our health. Then, I watched a video "Weight gain and loss". It told us that the more weight you loss, the less energy intake you get. It sound like disappointment.

I think that most of people really care about their appearances and I do either. So, that is the reason why I chose the subject " The way we look ".
